You will perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on high-end corporate and turbine-powered aircraft in a safety-first environment. Duties Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on business jet and turbine aircraft airframes and powerplants Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and avionics systems on turbine-powered aircraft Service engines, landing gear, flight controls, and other critical systems Ensure all work meets FAA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company quality standards Maintain accurate records and documentation in logbooks and maintenance tracking systems Support the team in minimizing aircraft downtime while upholding the highest safety standards Provide occasional early morning, late night, or weekend coverage based on operational needs

Requirements:

Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate Minimum 2 years of recent, hands-on experience maintaining business jets and/or turbine aircraft (Gulfstream, Bombardier, Dassault Falcon, Citation, King Air, Pilatus, or similar platforms strongly preferred) Solid understanding of turbine engine and airframe systems Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and maintenance procedures Valid driver's license Must pass pre-employment drug screening Strong attention to detail and commitment to aviation safety Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Specific experience on popular business jet and turbine platforms (Gulfstream GIV/GV/G650, Bombardier Global/Challenger, Citation series, Falcon, King Air 200/350, etc.) Avionics or advanced troubleshooting experience Prior work in a Part 145 Repair Station or corporate flight department
