Join Our Team
Crosswinds Aviation Services is currently seeking an experienced A&P Mechanic, with Inspection Authorization (IA) strongly preferred, for an immediate opening at our growing general aviation maintenance facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced technician who enjoys hands-on general aviation maintenance, values quality workmanship and customer service, and wants to become an important part of a small, growing team.

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications - A&P / IA Mechanic
FAA-certificated Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) mechanic; IA preferred
Experience with general aviation aircraft maintenance and inspections
Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, maintenance procedures, and safety practices
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and engine systems
Skilled in aircraft inspections, repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance
Ability to accurately complete maintenance records and documentation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Professional, dependable, and safety-minded attitude
