Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanic Job Description We are seeking skilled Aircraft Sheet Metal Mechanics to join our team at a repair station. Successful candidates will perform sheet metal fabrication, assembly, installations, and modifications. This project is anticipated to last over one year, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment. Responsibilities Perform sheet metal fabrication, assembly, installations, and modifications. Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately. Utilize own etched and inventoried tools effectively. Contribute to various aircraft sheet metal projects, including commercial aircraft, regional jets, helicopters, and corporate jets. Essential Skills 3-5+ years of experience in Aircraft Sheet Metal/Structures. Proficiency in sheet metal fabrication, assembly, installation, and modification. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Experience across various aircraft sheet metal applications. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with hand and power tools. Familiarity with airframe, aircraft, blueprint, repair, install, aviation, structure, and sheet metal repair. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a hangar/outside environment with a Monday-Friday schedule from 7 am to 4:30 pm. Be prepared to work 5+ hours of overtime weekly in a dynamic and engaging setting. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Washington, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $50.00/hr.
