We are seeking a skilled, motivated FAA-certified A&P mechanic to join our expanding team. Position Overview We are looking for an experienced FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic with Robinson helicopter experience to perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with FAA regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Robinson helicopters (R22, R44, R66) and other airframes Conduct inspections in compliance with FAA regulations (100-hour, annual, etc.) Troubleshoot mechanical and system issues efficiently Complete accurate maintenance logbook entries and documentation Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Collaborate with pilots, operations staff, and fellow mechanics Perform occasional remote field maintenance as needed Compensation & Benefits For Experienced A&P Mechanics (Full-Time / Salary): Competitive base salary starting at $45,000/year Additional $10-$12 per billable hour bonus Simple IRA retirement plan Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Performance-based bonuses Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for professional development through company-sponsored training, courses, and industry events For Entry-Level / Trial Hire (1099): $17/hour (shop time) $22/hour (billable time) Why Join Veracity Aviation? Job Requirements:
