Must Be Flexible to Work Any Shift PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced Aircraft Production Technician to support a leading aerospace repair station operation. In this role, you'll perform complex maintenance, repair, overhaul, modification, and restoration activities on aircraft components and systems while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and industry standards. What You'll Do Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Operations Assemble, disassemble, modify, repair, and overhaul aircraft components and assemblies Remove and replace components to restore product serviceability Perform maintenance activities to correct failures and implement approved modifications Execute large-scale removal and restoration projects Aircraft Modification & Restoration Independently perform aircraft and component modifications Resolve routine and complex maintenance issues Ensure modifications meet engineering specifications and regulatory requirements Verify adequacy, accuracy, and completeness of repair and overhaul activities Inspection & Precision Adjustments Measure and adjust components using: Shims Lapping techniques Other approved processes Ensure components meet required tolerances and specifications Identify discrepancies and coordinate with Engineering for resolution Documentation & Compliance Complete maintenance documentation and repair records Ensure compliance with: FAA Part 145 Repair Station requirements FAA Form 8130-3 requirements Company policies and procedures Document repairs, modifications, inspections, and maintenance activities accurately Leadership & Mentoring Train and mentor fellow technicians Share technical expertise and best practices Support a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Safety & Quality Follow all FAA, company, environmental, and safety regulations Maintain compliance with: FOD (Foreign Object Debris) Control Tool Control Programs Health & Safety Requirements Promote quality workmanship and operational excellence Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing experience Minimum 2 years of Boeing 737 and/or 787 program experience Minimum 1 year of experience reading and interpreting: Blueprints Engineering drawings Technical specifications Detailed work instructions Ability to work any shift Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities Preferred Qualifications Aircraft Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) experience FAA Part 145 Repair Station experience Experience supporting commercial aircraft programs Aircraft modification and overhaul experience Strong understanding of aviation quality and regulatory requirements Previous mentoring or training experience What Makes You a Great Fit Strong knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices Experience supporting Boeing commercial aircraft programs Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex maintenance issues Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to interpret technical drawings and maintenance instructions Commitment to safety, compliance, and teamwork Why Join Us? Pay Details:
