Updated 01/2026 Job Description Job Summary Conduct thorough inspections of aircraft and components. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical discrepancies. Perform repair and maintenance tasks in accordance with manufacturer's specifications, ADs, SBs, and governing regulatory standards. Record accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, and parts. Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure jobs are completed in a timely, but safe manner while in compliance with standards and regulations. Participate in regular training sessions, keeping up to date with aircraft technology and maintenance procedures and policies. Maintain a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety standards. Respond promptly to emergent concerns to minimize downtime and ensure safety of flight crew and passengers. Requirements FAA Airframe and Powerplant certification required. Minimum 1 year of previous experience preferred. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
