Line Service Technician - Full-Time Flight Solutions, Inc. | Music City Executive Airport (KXNX) | Gallatin, TN Join Our Team Flight Solutions is seeking an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Line Service Technician to join our growing FBO team. For over 35 years , Flight Solutions has provided exceptional aircraft management, FBO services, aircraft sales, maintenance support, and charter brokerage. Our Line Service Technicians are often the first and last impression our customers have, making this one of the most important positions in our company.

$20.00 per hour Full-time position Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation and holidays Opportunities for advancement within a growing aviation company Stable, long-term career in private aviation Flexible scheduling with varied shifts What You'll Do As a Line Service Technician, you'll help ensure every aircraft receives safe, efficient, and professional service while creating an exceptional experience for our customers.
Responsibilities include:
Safely fuel aircraft and operate fuel trucks and ground support equipment Marshal, tow, park, and secure aircraft in accordance with company procedures Assist pilots and passengers with baggage, transportation, and concierge services Coordinate hangar and overnight aircraft storage Clean and detail aircraft interiors and exteriors Perform lavatory service and assist with aircraft servicing as needed Load and unload baggage and cargo Operate courtesy vehicles and provide local transportation for customers Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the FBO, hangars, ramp, maintenance areas, and grounds Complete fuel tickets, sales transactions, receipts, and shift records accurately Assist with aircraft de-icing operations during winter weather Support snow removal and other facility maintenance activities Respond professionally to radio and telephone communications Attend required company and safety training Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED required (some college preferred) Previous aviation or customer service experience is preferred but not required Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong work ethic and positive attitude Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts Physical Requirements This position is physically active and requires the ability to: Lift and carry up to 70 pounds Handle heavy fuel hoses weighing up to 80 pounds Bend, kneel, squat, crawl, climb ladders, and work in confined areas Stand and walk for extended periods Work safely around operating aircraft and moving equipment Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday Schedule Full-time position Schedule varies over a 7-day operation Flexible scheduling with rotating shifts Some evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call coverage may be required Why Flight Solutions?
