What You'll Be Working On You'll be performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Cessna Citation aircraft, including: Citation 500 / 550 / 560 / 525 series Phase inspections Progressive inspections Heavy maintenance events Aircraft troubleshooting and system diagnostics Your work directly impacts safety, reliability, and dispatch readiness. What You'll Do Aircraft Maintenance & Inspections Perform maintenance and inspections on Cessna Citation aircraft Conduct Phase, progressive inspections Remove, repair, replace, and reinstall aircraft components Perform operational checks and engine run procedures (if qualified) Support major inspections and scheduled maintenance events Troubleshooting & Repairs Diagnose mechanical and electrical discrepancies Troubleshoot turbine engines and aircraft systems Resolve AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations when needed Work with Maintenance Control and leadership on repair strategy Documentation & Compliance Complete logbook entries and work orders per 14 CFR Part 43 Ensure compliance with Part 91 and Part 135 maintenance programs Verify parts traceability and documentation Team & Culture Work closely with inspectors, supervisors, and flight operations Support junior technicians when needed Help maintain a safe, organized, and professional hangar environment What We're Looking For FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate 3+ years turbine aircraft maintenance experience Experience on Cessna Citation aircraft Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to interpret maintenance manuals and wiring diagrams Valid driver's license Preferred Corporate aviation or Part 135 experience Engine run qualified Avionics troubleshooting experience Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50 lbs (100 lbs with assistance) Ability to work in hangars, ramps, confined spaces, and heights Flexibility for nights, weekends, and overtime when needed What Success Looks Like At Haven, the best mechanics: Take pride in their workmanship Maintain clean documentation Complete tasks efficiently and safely Contribute to aircraft reliability and on-time dispatch Look out for their teammates Why Haven Aviation Services Group?
