Required Education & Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current FAA A&P License required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working on corporate/business jets or general aviation aircraft.
- Experience in general maintenance, repair procedures, and avionics installation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have good job durations.
- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance. Preferred Skills
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems, including engines and hydraulic systems.
- Experience working in a Part 145 repair station environment.
- Own basic set of hand tools and ability to manage inventory. Job Duties & Functions
- Perform Phase/Periodic inspections, maintenance, and repairs as required.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot complex integrated avionics systems.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in aircraft systems.
- Read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematic diagrams to determine repair methods.
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
- Coordinate work with team members and support other maintenance disciplines as needed. Physical Requirements & Environment
- Ability to work in hangar and shop environments, including lifting, bending, and accessing confined spaces.
