Opportunity:
Join our client, a leading force in the luxury air travel and charter service industry, as an Aircraft Technician. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of a growing fleet of Learjets and Vision Jets. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a team dedicated to delivering exceptional and safe aviation experiences. Responsibilities Perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, servicing, and repairs in accordance with manufacturer manuals and FAA-approved data. Ensure compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and company policies outlined in the General Procedures Manual and Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program. Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and electrical drawings to perform accurate maintenance actions. Safely move aircraft within the hangar and on the ramp, including operating tow tractors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Perform only tasks for which proper training and qualifications have been obtained. Participate in weekly maintenance meetings to review ongoing projects and provide updates to the Director of Maintenance. Perform additional duties as assigned to support maintenance and team objectives. Requirements High school diploma or GED. Valid U.S. driver's license. FAA Mechanic Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) ratings. Minimum 6 years of experience in compliance with 14 CFR Part 65.83. Strong aircraft troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, particularly Parts 135 and 145. Basic inventory management knowledge. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Proficiency in computer data entry and Microsoft Windows-based programs. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Flexibility to work day and night shifts. Willingness to travel as needed. Must provide and maintain a complete set of personal tools. Preferred Qualifications Experience maintaining Learjet aircraft. Experience with Pratt & Whitney PW305A engines. Learjet 60 maintenance experience preferred. Benefits & Perks Competitive hourly pay of $35- 40.
