Updated 11/2025 Job Description Job Summary Centerpointe Aerospace is searching for a highly motivated, self-starting, A&P Mechanic to join our team for work in our 135 operations and/or 145-repair station. This job has growth potential for the motivated applicant displaying exceptional technical capacity and a willingness to grow professionally. We conduct both 133 and 135 operations and we are looking to grow our 145-repair station providing maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft and aircraft components. Performs daily aircraft inspections and repairs and overhauls helicopter dynamic components. Ensures all regulatory requirements for aircraft airworthiness are met. Responsible for returning the aircraft and aircraft components to service to include all required logbook or maintenance entries via paper or computer-based maintenance system. Reviews data for major alterations and repairs; completes FAA form 337, and coordinates with FAA maintenance representatives on field approvals and STCs. Requirements Current A&P license and IA certification required Must have a minimum of 3 years helicopter experience as an A&P, 2 years in a Part 145 Repair Station and/or 5 years as an A&P Mechanic required. SK58T or SK61 experience preferred. Must have working experience in aircraft maintenance and inspection procedures as well as knowledge and experience in regard to weight & balance, major repairs and alterations, FAA Form 337 usage and the field approval process Must be able to interpret and read schematics or technical drawings Experience with maintenance tracking computer programs required Must pass pre-employment drug screen Relevant communication and coordination experience with the FAA preferred Must have valid driver's license, CDL preferred Component overhaul experience preferred NDI Level 3 preferred Avionics experience desired
