PENDING CONTRACT AWARD AIRCRAFT LOGS & RECORDS TECHNICIAN
Location:
VP-69 NAS

OnsiteClearance:
Tier 3 | CAC required Summary Provides Organizational-level aircraft maintenance support on P-8 series aircraft in accordance with the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP), applicable technical data, and federal contract requirements. Maintains aircraft maintenance records, logbooks, and documentation in support of inspections and audits. Essential Functions Perform complex aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, repair, and modification Document maintenance actions in aircraft logs and approved maintenance systems Ensure compliance with Tool Control, FOD, safety, and quality programs Perform other duties as assigned Duties Maintain aircraft, engine, and component logbooks Verify TD compliance and inspection status Interface with QA and Maintenance Control Qualifications Logs and Records "A" School or equivalent required 3+ years related experience required 3+ years P-8 or equivalent aircraft experience preferred Secret clearance required
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation, including prolonged sitting or standing, use of a computer and office equipment, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Requires sufficient vision to read and review records and the ability to work in office and hangar environments while wearing required PPE. Compensation $35.70/hour + $2.65
