- 60/hr Job Summary Prop Culture Maintenance is seeking a skilled Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic to join our maintenance team working directly under the Director of Maintenance.
Schedule:
Minimum 40 hours per week guaranteed Long-term opportunity: Full-time position with benefits available upon successful completionHousing:
Temporary housing available during trial period Key Responsibilities Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on piston aircraft Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events (annuals, 100-hour inspections, troubleshooting) Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company maintenance standards Accurately document all maintenance actions Support dispatch readiness and fleet reliability Work directly under the Director of Maintenance in a structured maintenance environment Maintain a strong safety culture and attention to detail Growth Opportunity- Diamond Service Center Transition Diamond Aircraft Industries Prop Culture Maintenance is actively transitioning into an authorized Diamond Service Center.
