Key Responsibilities Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on airframes and powerplants Troubleshoot mechanical discrepancies and ensure timely, accurate corrective actions Complete logbook entries and maintenance documentation in compliance with Part 43 Support aircraft readiness and operational schedules Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (required) Strong working knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance practices Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and schematics Experience with piston aircraft (turbine experience a plus) Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience Experience in Part 141 and 135 operations or similar environments Familiarity with aircraft such as Cirrus, Beech, Cessna 172/182/206 or similar platforms Lifestyle & Location Benefits Immediate access to world-class fishing, hunting, hiking, and camping Short drive to Yellowstone's east entrance, ideal for weekend trips or after-work exploring Wide-open spaces, low congestion, and a strong aviation community True work-life balance in a setting that encourages time outdoors Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Housing assistance or relocation support may be available Flexible scheduling depending on operations Opportunity for growth within a dynamic aviation operation Why Cody? Requirements Airframe and Powerplant Certificate. Minimum 1 year GA experience required General Aviation fixed wing aircraft experience.
