Security Systems Technician /
Low Voltage Technician Location:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Security Systems Technician to join our growing team in Phoenix, Arizona. This position involves installing, servicing, troubleshooting, programming, and maintaining commercial security systems including access control, CCTV/video surveillance, intrusion alarm systems, and fire alarm systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on low-voltage experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a professional attitude when working with customers and project teams. Experience with Eagle Eye Networks camera systems, Brivo access control systems, and DMP security systems is highly preferred. NICET certification is a plus, but not required. We are committed to investing in our employees and will help pay for training and certification programs for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities:
Install and service commercial security systems Configure, program, and troubleshoot Eagle Eye Networks camera systems Install, program, and service Brivo access control systems Install, program, and service DMP intrusion alarm systems Program and configure customer security platforms and devices Maintain and update customer databases, user credentials, access levels, and system documentation Troubleshoot access control, CCTV, alarm, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems Pull and terminate low-voltage cabling Read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Test and verify proper system operation Maintain accurate service documentation and project notes Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and team members Follow safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications:
Experience with security systems, low-voltage cabling, or related electrical work preferred Experience with Eagle Eye Networks, Brivo, and DMP systems strongly preferred Experience programming and managing security systems preferred Knowledge of access control, IP cameras, alarm systems, or structured cabling is a plus NICET certification preferred but not required Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team
