The Role You'll install, program, and service access control and electronic security systems; work that has to be exactly right, because it's what stands between a property and whoever shouldn't be inside. You'll also spend real time with clients, walking them through how their new system works. We're looking for someone who's already installed and serviced these systems and can talk through real jobs. What We're Looking For Real, demonstrable experience with access control or electronic security systems Precision — code compliance and manufacturer spec aren't optional, even when cutting a corner would be easier Comfortable explaining technical things to someone who isn't technical Trustworthy with access, credentials, and codes — this work only functions if you take that seriously Pay $23/hr during onboarding. Once you complete A-1's qualification (typically under 60 days for experienced hires) your rate moves to your negotiated permanent rate.
