Job Description
PeopleReady Skilled Trades (PRST) is seeking an experienced Senior Fire Alarm Install Technician to support residential multi-family, podium, and commercial projects throughout the San Jose, CA area.
Install, service, test, and troubleshoot fire alarm systemsInstall wiring and fire alarm devices according to project plans and specificationsBend and install EMT conduitRead and interpret blueprints, plans, designs, and system specificationsTroubleshoot hardware, software, wiring, and device issuesPerform quarterly and annual fire alarm and sprinkler inspectionsTest and evaluate systems at customer locationsMaintain accurate documentation of labor, materials, completed work, remaining scope, and as-built plansCommunicate effectively with superintendents, customers, office staff, and other tradesHelp keep projects on schedule and within scopeMaintain company vehicle, tools, equipment, and inventory
Pay:
$40-$50/hour, based on experienceLocation:
San Jose, CA /South BaySchedule:
Monday-Friday with on-call availabilityStart:
