This position is for experienced technicians only—someone who takes ownership of their work, diagnoses problems quickly, and delivers clean, reliable solutions. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity based in Vacaville with a steady workload, strong pay, and real respect for skilled technicians. What You'll Be Responsible For Servicing, troubleshooting, repairing, and programming security, fire alarm, and CCTV systems Running residential and commercial service calls efficiently and professionally Identifying system issues and implementing effective, long-term fixes Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation Representing the company professionally while delivering top-tier customer service What We Expect (Non-Negotiable) Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience servicing security, fire alarm, and CCTV systems Solid networking knowledge (required) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability Clean, professional appearance Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated ( references will be checked ) Excellent customer service skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record What You Get Competitive pay based on experience - paid weekly Medical insurance after 60 days 401(k) Company vehicle with a gas card Equipment, wiring, and some tools provided Phone reimbursement included in paycheck Bonus opportunities 4/10 schedule How to Apply Submit your resume and cover letter , including references and salary requirements.
