Requirements:

2+ years' experience installing and servicing alarm and security systems Knowledge of alarm system components, wiring, and troubleshooting Familiarity with industry standards and local codes (e.g., NFPA, UL) Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively Valid driver's license and clean driving record NICET I or higher Ability to travel to job sites and attend client meetings as needed
