Low Voltage Technician Lakeland / Central Florida Area Full-Time $21 - $26 Join Our Growing Team! We are seeking a motivated and dependable Low Voltage Technician to join our team. We specialize in commercial and residential security solutions including alarm systems, access control, surveillance cameras, fire alarm systems, networking, and smart automation technologies. We are looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience in low voltage installation and service who takes pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and customer service. Responsibilities Install, service, and troubleshoot: Burglar alarm systems Access control systems CCTV/video surveillance systems Fire alarm systems Structured cabling and networking equipment Smart home and automation devices Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and system layouts Run and terminate low voltage cabling Program and test equipment Maintain organized and accurate job documentation Communicate professionally with customers and team members Follow company safety procedures and industry standards Preferred Qualifications 2-5 years of low voltage/security system experience Experience with commercial security systems preferred Knowledge of access control and IP camera systems Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, routers, switches) Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently Comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and computer software Valid driver's license with clean driving record Ability to pass background screening Physical Requirements Comfortable working in: Hot attics Warehouses Outdoor environments Construction sites Ability to: Work from ladders and aerial lifts Lift and carry up to 50 lbs Bend, climb, kneel, and crawl as needed What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience 401k program with 5% company match Company vehicle opportunities Paid training and growth opportunities Supportive team environment Variety of projects and technologies Opportunity to grow with a local family-owned company Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Reliable and punctual Professional and customer-focused Safety-minded Organized and detail-oriented Eager to learn new technology Able to work independently and as part of a team Text Message Opt-In By submitting your resume to this job posting you are opting in to receive text messages as a form of communication from our company.
