Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems, including security systems, fire alarms, and access control systems.
• Perform system testing and troubleshooting to ensure proper functionality.
• Run cabling and wiring for various low voltage systems.
• Collaborate with clients to determine their specific needs and provide recommendations for system improvements.
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding system operation and maintenance.
• Follow schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and configuration of low voltage systems.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in low voltage technology.

Experience:

• Prior experience working with low voltage systems, such as security systems or fire alarms, is preferred.
• Familiarity with IDS (Intrusion Detection Systems) and alarm system sales is a plus.
• Knowledge of low voltage principles and practices, including cabling and wiring techniques.
• Mechanical knowledge for installation and maintenance of low voltage equipment.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and computer networking equipment.
• Understanding of security system components and their integration within a larger network.
