Pay:
$18-$22 per hour, depending on experience Opportunity for higher pay based on demonstrated skills and experience Hands-on training to expand your low-voltage installation knowledge Exposure to multiple systems, including fire alarm, access control, security, and CCTV Opportunity to earn use of a company truck after demonstrating your skills and reliability Steady, hands-on fieldwork with an established company Opportunities to take on more installation responsibilities as your skills grow Why You'll Love It Here Build real-world experience across multiple low-voltage systems instead of being limited to one type of installation Work alongside experienced technicians who can help you sharpen your skills See projects come together from wiring and device installation through final trim-out Grow your responsibilities as you demonstrate your knowledge, reliability, and workmanship Join a team that values safe work, attention to detail, organization, and getting the installation done correctly Your New Role Pull, route, terminate, and organize low-voltage wiring Install and trim out wired devices and system components Install motion detectors, CCTV and surveillance cameras, security equipment, access control components, and fire alarm devices Assist with wiring and installation of access control systems Read and follow blueprints, installation drawings, manufacturer instructions, and equipment manuals Apply basic electrical and low-voltage installation practices in the field Troubleshoot basic wiring, device, and installation issues Use ladders and work at heights when required Maintain clean, organized work areas, tools, and equipment Work alongside technicians and other team members to complete projects safely and correctly Take on additional low-voltage installation responsibilities as your skills and experience grow

Job requirements 1-3 years of installation, electrical, low-voltage, or related hands-on experience preferred Experience pulling, routing, and terminating low-voltage wire Experience installing wired devices Ability to read or understand blueprints and installation drawings Ability to read and follow installation manuals and manufacturer instructions Basic understanding of electrical or low-voltage systems Comfortable using ladders and working at heights Valid driver's license Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and willing to learn Ability to work effectively as part of a team Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment Experience with fire alarm systems, access control systems, burglar and Lane Electronics & Alarm Systems is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
