Escalate critical or unusual incidents to supervisors and technical teams promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure 24/7 coverage and smooth shift handoffs. Use basic troubleshooting steps to identify false alarms or technical issues. Participate in ongoing training on new technologies, procedures, and customer requirements.
