Job Description:
Monitor CCTV and camera recordings. Constantly patrol the perimeter and property grounds. Respond to emergencies (fire, flood, smoke), security, and safety incidents. Log shifts and report incidents. Handle packages, releases, and lost-and-found services. Assist with move-in and move-out monitoring and freight elevator scheduling. Oversee the parking garage and driveway.
Position Requirements:
Knowledge of property systems including fire, water, electrical, and mechanical switches preferred. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English effectively. Basic reading, writing, and problem-solving skills required. Must be able to frequently walk, bend, lift, and handle up to 30 lbs. Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills. Calm and composed under pressure. Detail-oriented with strong observational awareness. Professional and discreet with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality (required). Excellent team player who is willing to assist and train new staff.
