We are seeking a Field Install/Service Technician to do installation, as well as configuration & programming, troubleshooting, and repair, of technical systems including: IP and Analog CCTV systems Access control systems Home automation systems Fire alarm systems. Security Alarm Systems Relevant experience is a plus, however we will train the right candidate. We're looking for someone who demonstrates exceptional customer service, organization, and prioritization skills. You need to demonstrate strong technical aptitude and be able to work independently. Essential Job Functions

• Visit client sites for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving maintenance/repair of equipment
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on service calls in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage tools, parts and supplies in company vehicle
• Maintain current technical knowledge.
• Perform standard install duties, typically with other technicians (pulling/fishing wire, mounting devices, etc)
• Assist with other duties as necessary
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving history.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods of time, pull, lift, squat, reach, bend, climb ladders, and stoop to equipment, parts, and supplies. Again, this is an extremely active position that requires walking, standing, squatting, bending, and driving for much of the workday.
• Networking / IT skills a plus!
