Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Fire Protection Sales Specialist to drive growth and deliver quotes to our clients. In this role, you will leverage your sales acumen to identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals. This role will travel one day, sometimes more a week to Springfield, St Louis, or anywhere else for a day in Missouri or Kansas as directed. Your proactive approach will help build strong client relationships while collaborating cross-functionally with our service team, project management, and support teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of one of the fastest growing fire protection companies in the area. This role will report to the owner and we are looking for someone to grow into a leadership position. Responsibilities Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their fire protection needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Conduct technical product demonstrations, detailed solution presentations, and enterprise software integrations related to fire safety systems. Develop comprehensive proposals utilizing CRM systems such as Service Trade. Collaborate closely with sales engineering teams to design customized fire protection solutions that meet technical specifications and compliance standards. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through deal closing, including negotiations and contract finalization. Support customer onboarding by providing technical support, product training, and ongoing client communication to ensure satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in technical sales within a corporate or enterprise software environment, preferably in fire protection or related service field. Strong understanding of computer networking, cloud platforms. Demonstrated ability in solution sales, deal closing, and business development within technology sectors. Excellent communication skills for client relationship management, technical presentations, product demos, and cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce Cloud for managing sales pipelines and customer data. Experience in sales engineering solution design with a focus on enterprise software applications. Strong analysis skills for assessing client needs and developing tailored technical proposals. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
