Fire Sprinkler Designer Sentry Fire Protection - ASHEBORO, NC 27203 Apply Overview Position Type Full Time Apply Fire Sprinkler Designer Division 154 | Asheboro, NC 💰 $5,000 Sign-On Bonus! Design with purpose. Build with precision. Protect what matters. Sentry Fire Protection is looking for a Fire Sprinkler Designer to create accurate, detailed fire protection designs for industrial, commercial, and residential projects. You'll take projects from design through approval while working closely with our field teams to bring your designs to life. 🎯 What You'll Do Design fire sprinkler systems, including fire pumps, tanks, wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems. Create accurate, constructible designs that minimize field issues. Submit designs for approval and obtain permits as required. Complete design calculations and work within allocated project hours. Review work orders and procedures to determine project requirements. Prepare submittal packages and correspondence for design approval. Prepare fabrication lists and requisition job materials. Conduct field surveys to verify designs are appropriate for the structure. Support field personnel with design-related installation issues. Prepare final close-out documents following acceptance testing. Perform other duties as assigned. ⭐ What You Bring High school diploma or
GED. 1-3
years of related experience and/or training , or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong attention to detail and ability to create accurate, field-ready designs. Experience with AutoSPRINK preferred; SprinkCAD, AutoCAD, or HydroCAD also a plus.
