Role and Responsibilities Perform installation and certification of fire safety product lines. Guide installation process and ensure standards are met for quality and safety. Add devices to existing systems and adequately certify the system after any modification. Make minor repairs and programming changes as required to keep systems operational and reliable. Interact with the customer or general contractor to ensure work is performed as expected. Communicate schedule ability, material needs, or any job-related issues with the Project Management team. Complete assigned tasks on time. Support emergency service call-outs on a rotational basis. Other such duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time. Qualifications and Requirements Two years of experience in commercial/industrial fire alarm systems. Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and specifications. Ability to read and interpret technical and parts manuals to diagnose and repair equipment. Experience with hand tools and multi-meter usage. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions. Must be able to carry and move equipment and tools weighing up to 40 pounds. Must be able to work on lifts and ladders. Must possess hand tools.
