Location This position is 100% onsite and reports to our Syracuse office with regional travel to client job sites. Job Summary Join an

As a Security Alarm Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of our high-profile customers by providing excellent customer service to our residential and commercial clientele. You will be servicing a variety of security systems, including but not limited to: video surveillance, intelligent video verification, burglar and intrusion alarms, access control systems with integrated Photo ID, biometrics, UL listed engineered fire alarm systems, enterprise-wide security solutions, central station monitoring equipment, remote access security management and video intercom systems. Salary Range $25.00 per hour - $40.00 per hour, based on experience Responsibilities Travel to residential and commercial customer locations in the Syracuse area and surrounding regions to perform service work Service & troubleshoot a wide variety of residential and commercial security & fire alarm systems Service & troubleshoot commercial and residential UL listed Fire Systems Provide technical support to customers including, but not limited to field programming of alarm panels, remote programming of alarm panels, and troubleshooting of signal issues related to formats and receivers Basic Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Comfortable working outdoors - occasionally in the rain or snow Comfortable working from heights on ladders or aerial lifts, or in small spaces Must maintain a clean, professional image with external and internal customers Ability to travel & work overtime as required and participate in on-call schedule after six months Must possess and maintain a clear driver's license and safe driving record Successfully clear drug screen and background check to meet industry and security licensing requirements Preferred Qualifications Two (2) year Associate Degree 3+ years of experience in the physical security industry, i.e. alarm systems, access control, video, intrusion detection, and fire alarm systems 2+ years of experience as a service technician or related field OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification What awaits you at
