Full Job Description Lead Low-Voltage Systems Technician Location:

Yonkers, NY Job Type:

Full-Time Pay:

Based on experience Broad Shield Security Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Low-Voltage Systems Technician who can independently manage field assignments and complete projects with limited supervision.

We install and service:

Security cameras and CCTV Access control systems Burglar and fire alarm systems Structured cabling and computer networking Wireless access points LED displays and digital signage Responsibilities Lead technicians and helpers on job sites Install, program, test, and troubleshoot low-voltage systems Read plans, wiring diagrams, and project scopes Perform service calls and site surveys Communicate professionally with customers, project managers, and office staff Drive a company vehicle to job sites Complete field reports and job documentation Requirements At least 7 years of low-voltage experience; 10+ years preferred Strong installation, programming, and troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to work independently with limited supervision Experience with CCTV, access control, alarms, structured cabling, and networking OSHA 30 certification Professional communication and customer-service skills Availability for occasional after-hours work and travel Preferred Certifications NICET certification is not required but is a plus FDNY certification or Certificate of Fitness is not required but is a plus Relevant manufacturer certifications are also a plus Please submit your resume and include the systems, manufacturers, licenses, and certifications you have experience with.
