05 - 180804 kd A local company is offering an immediate, full-time position for a Technician install security alarms. You will work Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; however, you will provide after-hours on-call support on a rotating basis.

Job Duties:

Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair alarm systems and related products Install security, cameras, and access control systems Upgrade obsolete alarm systems to modern equipment Accurately maintain required documentation Provide outstanding customer service Adhere to company safety policy and quality standards Perform other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

Must have a minimum 1-year experience working with alarm systems; CCTV, Access Control, Basic IP Networking, Bosch/DSC/Napco/Honeywell experience, as well as fire alarm experience and license is preferred Must be able to learn new products, techniques, and skills quickly Must have the ability to perform work and solve technical problems independently One year computer experience is preferred Must have effective communication and teamwork skills Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to work all day in various conditions and keep up with appointments as scheduled Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be required.
