Job Description Serve as the dedicated onsite security technician supporting a large client campus Maintain and support Genetec access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance across 14 buildings and approximately 400 doors Respond to emergency service calls and corrective maintenance requests Perform system upgrades, modifications, and installation work Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware/software issues Coordinate daily with a remote Project Manager and branch technicians as needed Interface directly with end users and client stakeholders Provide training and operational guidance to users Submit daily activity reports and other required weekly/monthly documentation Track equipment inventory, service records, and system changes Participate in quality assurance inspections and process improvements Function as the "boots on the ground" technical resource for the client location We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
