What You'll Do As an Installation Technician, you'll help deploy and support advanced communication and security technologies by: Running and terminating low-voltage cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, coaxial, and fiber) Installing cameras, sensors, access control devices, and telecommunications equipment Configuring and troubleshooting systems and network-connected devices Maintaining safe and organized job sites Providing exceptional customer service and end-user support Documenting installations and system configurations Career Growth Opportunities We hire and develop talent across multiple levels: Tier I - Entry-Level Technician No industry experience required. Ideal for candidates with construction, electrical, or IT backgrounds who are eager to learn. Tier II - Intermediate Technician For professionals with 1-3 years of low-voltage, telecom, or security installation experience. Tier III - Advanced Technician / Field Lead Lead projects, manage installation teams, and work with complex commercial systems. Tier IV - Senior Systems Engineer / Foreman Oversee enterprise-level deployments, mentor technicians, and serve as a technical leader within the organization.
