You will install, service, program, and maintain electronic security systems for residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Installing, repairing, and maintaining alarm systems, access control, and video survelillance Programming control panels and helping customers set up notifications and alerts Building, configureing, and troubleshooting IP camera and NVR systems Terminating Cat5e/Cat 6 cable with RJ45 connectors, setting IP addresses, and creating simple LANS with switches Performing basic networking tasks and uploading/downloading panel configurations Providing clear, professional service to customers on-site What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with security systems (alarms, cameras, access control) Proficiency with Windows OS, basic networking, IP cameras, and NVRs Ability to terminate network cable and work with control panels Clean driving record and reliable transportation Strong work ethic and willingness to grow with the company Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply Why Northcoast Security Founded in 2010 by former Marine Roger Kuns, Northcoast Security started as a small locksmith shop in Fremont and has grown into a full-service security company offering residential, commercial, industrial, and access control solutions.
