We're looking for an experienced Alarm & Fire Technician who wants to grow with us. We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of hands-on industry experience , strong Oklahoma licensing, and the knowledge to confidently work across multiple areas of the alarm, fire, and security industry. The Position Your primary focus will be servicing and taking care of Boyd Security customers, along with inspections, installations, upgrades, and other field work as needed.
Our work includes:
Commercial fire alarm Commercial burglar alarm Residential fire and burglar alarm CCTV / video surveillance Access control Fire alarm inspections Service and troubleshooting Installations and system upgrades Programming and commissioning We work with a variety of systems and manufacturers, so we're looking for someone with broad field knowledge and strong troubleshooting skills who is comfortable working independently. What We're Looking For 5+ years of alarm/fire/security industry experience required Current Oklahoma technician licensing across the alarm, fire, and security disciplines Strong commercial fire experience Experience with burglar alarm, CCTV and access control systems Strong service, troubleshooting, installation, inspection and programming skills Ability to independently manage field work and customer needs Professional communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Ability to pass a criminal background check, including fingerprinting Ability to participate in a rotating nights and weekends on-call schedule This position is intended for an established industry professional who can bring experience and knowledge to the team from day one.
