Compensation:
$48•52/hr
DOE Availability:
Monday•Friday, 8am•5pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
Service & Maintenance Perform scheduled inspections, testing, maintenance, and basic repairs on customer equipment. Troubleshoot system issues, replace components, and identify additional service needs. Document findings clearly and communicate recommended repairs or project opportunities. Complete all work in accordance with applicable codes, standards, manufacturer guidelines, and company procedures. Technical Expertise Diagnose and resolve complex equipment and system issues. Configure, program, or replace system components when needed. Evaluate customer sites, develop project scopes, and support estimating for larger repair or upgrade projects. Serve as a technical resource for challenging service calls and specialized customer needs.
Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on experience servicing and troubleshooting technical systems in the field. Ability to diagnose issues independently and deliver effective, long-term solutions. Experience with programming, system upgrades, or complex troubleshooting is highly preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of environments, including ladders, crawl spaces, ceilings, and elevated work areas. Relevant industry licenses or certifications are preferred, but not required where applicable. CampusPoint is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
