Remote Triage Technicians are responsible for providing phone-based technical support to customers experiencing issues with intrusion, fire, video, and access control systems. This team is also responsible for handling Remote Triage for multiple clients by accessing their video software, troubleshooting, and resolving issues. In the event an issue cannot be resolved remotely, gather additional details to assist on-site technicians with faster resolution.

10:30am- 7:00pm
CST Monday-Friday Location:
In Office (Bloomington, Uniontown, or Gilbert)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain required phone queues to provide client facing technical support for instruction, fire, video, and access control systems. Manage and maintain the Remote Triage queues to ensure requests are completed in a timely manner within SLA requirements and within client video specifications. Follows established sequences, policies, and procedures. Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years' experience with Securitas Technology. Demonstrate ability to analyze and troubleshoot electronic security equipment remotely - including intrusion, fire, video, and access control systems.
