Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced RME-G Sprinkler Division Supervisor to lead our fire sprinkler division with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and inspection of sprinkler systems, ensuring compliance with all fire codes and safety standards. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold quality standards, and deliver exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the sprinkler division, coordinating project schedules, resource allocation, and team assignments to meet project deadlines efficiently. Oversee fire sprinkler system installation, ensuring adherence to blueprints, schematics, and building code requirements. Conduct construction inspections to verify system integrity, compliance with NFPA standards, and proper fire alarm system integration. Review engineering drawings, electrical blueprints, and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files to facilitate accurate system design and troubleshooting. Perform field service tasks including system testing, fire alarm system maintenance, sensor calibration, and troubleshooting proprietary fire alarm control panels. Ensure all work complies with fire codes, NFPA standards, NEC (National Electrical Code), and low voltage electrical work regulations. Lead training sessions on fire sprinkler fitting, fire alarm systems operation, and electrical work for team members to promote skill development and safety awareness. Qualifications Proven experience reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings related to sprinkler systems and fire alarm systems. Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools in construction or maintenance environments. Strong understanding of building code compliance, NFPA standards for fire protection systems, and fire codes and regulations. Demonstrated ability in engineering troubleshooting of complex fire alarm systems and sensors within low voltage electrical environments. Experience in construction inspection, field service operations, or supervising installation teams is highly preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients and team members alike. Knowledge of proprietary fire alarm control panels and alarm system sales experience is a plus. Join us as a leader committed to safety excellence! Pay:
$100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
