After 60 days with Electric Services Inc. you will be eligible for Health, Dental, and Life Insurance. We offer a $10,000.00 Life Insurance policy at no cost to the employee. Supplement Insurance (Aflac) is also available to any employees who would like to join. After 60 days you will receive an email stating that you are eligible for Insurance along with the applications. It is the employees responsibility to complete the applications and follow the instruction to submit them. Once submitting your applications our office will get a notification letting us know you have completed the request of your choice of insurance. Following a year with Electric Services Inc. you will be eligible for 40 hours paid vacation time and holidays. We also offer Simple IRA plans with 3 % matching.
