RESPONSIBILITIES
Routine prep and painting exterior and interior for all facilities Routine plumbing and electrical maintenance assistance as needed Establishes and follows preventive maintenance program for equipment per manufacturer's instructions Routine building repair: painting, dry wall repair, floor/ceiling/wall tile replacement, grouting, minor carpentry, etc. Assist with or perform/document weekly, monthly generator tests per policy. Assist with or check fire extinguishers monthly per procedure. Assist with or conduct or coordinate monthly fire drills per policy. Assist with or Conduct staff in-service/education on fire extinguisher use and fire extinguisher use and fire safety. Apply wallpaper as needed. Assist with or perform monthly safety inspection.
