In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and troubleshooting integrated security systems that include access control, surveillance, and most aspects of physical security solutions. Your expertise will ensure the seamless operation of physical security infrastructure, providing robust protection for client facilities. Responsibilities Design and develop comprehensive (Unified Security) access control systems integrating door security system components with centralized management platforms. Configure and troubleshoot Video Management Systems (VMS) for high-quality surveillance coverage, including cameras, illuminators, sensors, and alarm systems. Interpret technical schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings to facilitate accurate system installation and upgrades. Conduct field service visits to design, build, maintain, and repair electronic security systems such as SPAT, CCTV, Access Control - Mercury Based , and remote access software. Diagnose equipment issues related to computer hardware, network connectivity, or electrical wiring; perform troubleshooting support to resolve system malfunctions efficiently. Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs, provide technical troubleshooting support, and assist with alarm & access control system sales when necessary. Skills Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in electrical security system installation and maintenance, specifically Avigilon and Genetec unified solutions. Strong understanding of computer hardware components related to surveillance and access control systems. Proficiency in system design principles for physical security infrastructure including schematics reading and interpreting technical drawings. Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues involving cabling, network configurations, remote access software, and power supplies. Familiarity with electrical blueprint reading and integration of door security systems into larger security networks. Excellent customer service skills to communicate technical information clearly while supporting clients' security needs effectively.
