Responsibilities:
  • Install, configure, and maintain various alarm infrastructures, including fire, burg, access control and various CCTV.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network performance issues, ensuring optimal connectivity.
  • Provide technical support to end-users for computer hardware and software related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain systems and applications.
  • Perform system upgrades and patches to ensure security and efficiency.
  • Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and configurations.
  • Respond to support tickets in a timely manner and resolve technical issues.
  • Assist in the administration of systems.
Requirements:
  • Must have a FAL (Fire Alarm License)
  • Proven experience as an Fire / Alarm Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Familiarity with Firelite, Silent Knight, Alarm.com, Brivo, DSC is preferred.
  • Understanding of protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with firewall configuration and management.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
