Job Description

SECURITY ALARM TECHNICIAN
Secure24 ADT is the 3rd largest ADT dealer in the country. Secure 24 is looking for a security alarm technician to professionally install Security systems in our customers home and businesses. You will meet with our customers and provide your professional opinion on the best way to secure the home or business. Once the customer has selected their security solution, you will also install the ADT equipment and setup monitoring service. Security Alarm Technician Job Responsibilities Professional, thorough security consultation with the customer Complete installation of the ADT-monitored system Train customer on the proper use of their ADT system Manage equipment inventory Complete required paperwork, reports and electronic forms Update customer account records Maintain regular and appropriate communication with Installation Manager The following requirements will be needed.
