The Position:

We are looking for someone to join our Service team. This person will service and install different low-voltage systems. They should be proficient in technology, which includes daily use of computers, cell phones, apps, and working in a team software environment. We have a unique platform that we use to manage our projects and service calls, and you will be working with or interacting with our field staff daily. Some of the position duties will include, but are not limited to: Service/Install of Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Tracking/Managing the equipment/materials for the assigned project Work with the Manager and Project Coordinator for all required documents Relay customer service issues with details on time Attend meetings for projects at the job sites when needed Participate in our mandatory safety events and weekly topics Reports to Service Manager Ability to stand, lift, carry, or climb ladders for light equipment, parts management of company-provided equipment, and van Drug Free Environment Requires Joining Local IBEW 76

The Location:

We are in Tacoma, WA. Our company primarily does work in the south Puget Sound area. However, we are a service company that does have service and projects up and down the I-5 corridor. There are times the service requires us to go outside the South Puget Sound. Why Should You Apply?
