Global Security and Communications, Inc is currently hiring for a full-time Experienced Fire Alarm Technician to service and install our fire alarm systems in the Vancouver, WA area. This technician position at our security systems company earns a competitive wage of $85,000
  • $110,000 per year, hourly or salary as well as a signing bonus .

DAY-TO-DAY
As an Experienced Fire Alarm Technician, you keep our customers feeling safe and well-protected in their workplaces. You maintain and install fire alarms in commercial and residential buildings, diligently testing the systems to ensure they work perfectly. If a system malfunctions, you solve any issues to the best of your ability. You help strategically schedule service calls and system inspections in a way that optimizes our technicians' efficiency and productivity. When a fellow technician could use a hand with a project, you are happy to help. You take pride in keeping our fire alarms functioning and our security system business running smoothly!

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN EXPERIENCED FIRE ALARM TECHNICIAN
Level II or III certification from the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) 1+ years of related experience Willingness to submit to a background check upon hire Licensure in Oregon or Washington would be preferred but is not required.
