You'll also play a key role in educating our customers on how to use these powerful tools to protect and monitor their properties more effectively. AI-enhanced video surveillance with object recognition, heat mapping, and smart alerts Cloud-connected platforms with remote access and mobile control Access control systems integrated with analytics and audit trails Fire and intrusion alarms with automated reporting and diagnostics
Key Responsibilities:
Install and configure security systems including AI-integrated cameras and smart devices Mount and wire low-voltage equipment: sensors, access panels, readers, and fire devices Set up and troubleshoot network connections, mobile apps, and tablets Ensure proper system functionality and central station communication Conduct customer walkthroughs and hands-on training Use software platforms and analytics dashboards to verify system performance Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency technical support
Ideal Candidate:
Enthusiastic about technology, automation, and AI Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work Solid communication skills with both customers and technical teams Familiarity with IT concepts, IP networking, and mobile configuration Capable of lifting up to 80 lbs and working at heights up to 25 feet Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willing and able to pass a pre-employment background check Open to learning and adapting to new technologies regularly
Job Requirements:
Must have valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record Must pass criminal background check Must be willing to be on a rotating on-call schedule (approximately once every 4-5 weeks) H&S Protection employees receive: Hourly rate based on experience, knowledge and performance Paid time off Ongoing paid training with a career path for growth Medical insurance benefits Company owned vehicle (Technicians only), fuel, equipment, and cell phone 401K with company match following one year of employment H&S Protection Systems is a top-rated Wisconsin security integrator.
