Team One Chevrolet of Gadsden is looking for an experienced Auto Body Collision Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate has previous collision/body shop experience, strong attention to detail, excellent work habits, and the ability to complete quality repairs efficiently. Experience is preferred, but qualified candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.

QUALIFICATIONS

Two years of relevant experience, required. I-CAR or ASE Certification (Welding, Silicon Bronze, etc.), preferred. Ability to follow directions and work orders with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain composure under stress. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines. Quality-conscious and detail-oriented. Able to drive both automatic and standard-transmission vehicles. Must have a valid driver's license. Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug test.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform quality collision and body repairs. Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as needed. Assist with repair planning and parts identification. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety and repair procedures. Complete required documentation. Meet productivity and quality standards.
