The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and restoration, with experience working in a dealership or similar environment. This role involves using various power tools and techniques to restore vehicles to their original condition, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening. Utilize power tools and equipment for cutting, shaping, and fabricating metal components. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess damage and determine necessary repairs. Execute detailed auto estimating to provide accurate assessments for repair costs. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Solder components as needed during the repair process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience 3 Years+ experience in auto body repair or related field is preferred. Familiarity with sheet metal work and fabrication techniques is highly desirable. Previous experience in a dealership or auto restoration setting is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate various power tools effectively. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
