Collision Technician Trainee - Full Time Spectrum Collision is seeking a dependable, motivated Collision Technician Trainee for a full-time, paid training role. The ideal candidate is willing to learn autobody repair while earning a paycheck, help keep the shop clean and organized, work on cars, and assist with buffing and detailing while training alongside experienced technicians. Responsibilities

• Assist collision technicians with daily shop tasks
• Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with cleaning and preparing vehicles
• Help buff cars and support detailing tasks
• Learn autobody repair and collision technician skills through hands-on training
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a professional work area
• Support the team as needed Qualifications
• Dependable and willing to learn
• Interest in cars and autobody repair
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work as part of a team
