Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Combo Auto Body Technician to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive auto body repairs, structural restorations, and cosmetic enhancements on a wide variety of vehicles. Your expertise in welding, fabrication, and automotive repair techniques will ensure that every vehicle is restored to its optimal condition with precision and care. Responsibilities Perform auto body repairs including dent removal, sheet metal work, and structural restoration using MIG welding, soldering, and fabrication repair techniques Utilize automotive welding equipment and power tools to execute precise welding repairs, including welding repair and automotive structural repairs Conduct auto painting, sanding, and automotive cosmetic repairs utilizing airless paint spraying and sanding tools to achieve high-quality finishes Install automotive parts such as glass, trim, and other components with attention to detail and safety standards Use hand tools and fabrication skills to shape, repair, or replace damaged sheet metal or vehicle panels Assist in auto restoration projects by applying fabrication techniques and automotive parts installation methods Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the repair journey Experience Dealership experience or extensive background working as an automotive body technician preferred Proven hands-on experience with MIG welding, soldering, and automotive welding equipment Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, auto body repair, and automotive structural repair techniques Familiarity with auto estimating processes and auto glass installation is a plus Experience working with sheet metal fabrication, auto painting, sanding tools, and automotive cosmetic repair techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining high-quality standards in automotive repair tasks Prior experience in auto restoration or working with automotive parts installation enhances your fit for this role Join us if you're passionate about restoring vehicles to their best condition using your welding expertise, fabrication skills, and mechanical knowledge!
